Chart Style

Chart Style refers to the way in which the symbol's data is presented in the upper pane of the chart.

Modify the Chart Style

  1. Click the Settings button, top right corner of the chart.
  2. Select Chart Style.
    OR
    Right-click on the chart and select Chart Style from the dialog box.

    Result: The Edit Parameters dialog box displays.
  3. For each plot on the chart, you can set a Style and a Color.
Style Color
Line Select a color from the Color Picker
OHLC
  • Select a First and Second color from the Color Picker.
  • You may also set the "Color Based On" option that determines what the two colors represent (Color based on One Color, Open vs Close, or Net Change)
HLC Select a color from the Color Picker
Candlestick
  • Select a First and Second Color from the Color Picker
  • You may also set the "Color Based On" option that determines what the two colors represent (Color based on Open vs Close, or Net Change)
  • You may check "Fill Down Bars Only" to color-fill only those bars that represent a down period.
Histogram Select a color from the Color Picker
Area Select a color from the Color Picker
Dashes Select a color from the Color Picker
Marabuzo Select a First and Second Color from the Color Picker
